Claim Shield/Wall Bash Question

So when someone leaves their doors open I can go into their base with trespass, but I can't steal anything with theft because I get the gate debuff.

So i have to build a wrecking ball and bash down a section of the gate, is that correct?


How long does it take to bash a claim shield, seems the damage starts out at about 45 then about 5 mins later the wrecking ball is hitting for 0 but no damage to the wall.

you deal about 5k damage to shield per hour, after you deal the damage, you need to wait 1 hour without hitting it. Then after the hour, you can hit the shield again, if you do it every hour on the hour, it will take like 16-17hours, but you can space it out, since shield natural regen is slow.

hmm doesn't seem like I do 5k damage before I start getting 0's. Hitting it once per day we're probably talking a week or so to bring it down?

might take a week or 2, try to get atleast 2 cycles a day to help prevent it going up as fast, i think it was like 2-3kshield a day regen, 5k per cycle.
