Animal Strength?

I recently got on to close quarter combat against animals, so far, I can kill ants, bats, foxes, badgers and barely deer. But right now, I'm unsure on how strong other animals are, such as boars, mouflons, auroches, horses, moose, lynxes, and bears are. Preferably I'd like a comparison chart between the creatures.
P.S: I know trolls and mammoths are a no-go for a while.

If you can take on Deer, you can definitely fight Aurochs, Boars, Bats, and Mouflons, along with the other animals you just said you can fight. What are your stats?

25(+15) UA, 25(+6) MC, 34(+21) Str, 50(+11) Agi(I know right?), 31(+3) Con.

Get you Agi, Str, and Con up to 70-80. Ua and MC to 50. With Agi bonus from Fancy buckles and a lynx cape (kill a lynx from a boat with a bow or set up op knocks like 5 times after a sting and ohko it.) It'll counter act the Agi debuff from Bronze Armor and Leather pants, and boost your MC by ALOT. All this should be easy enough to get with time.
EDIT: If you don't use MC, then I don't know what glids you should use for UA. UA really gets the short end of the stick...

Thanks for the plan, I'll mostly focus on gathering food items for Str and Agi, getting UA and MC to 50 shouldn't be that tough looking at the amount of curios I have.
