How do I discover compost bins?

With the compost bins added to the game, I'm having trouble discovering it. What are the resources required to make it? There is no information on ringofbrodgar at this time.

My guess is that its about a skill like gardening or the druidic smth because the recipe is simple (wood mostly)

I have all but the best tree planting skill already. I wonder if I have to rediscover bone glue? Does anyone know if compost bins affect the quality of the soil they produce?

They do, seems like the mulch produced is an average of the bin quality and compost quality.

I didn't have to rediscover bone glue, so looks like it's Druidic Rite then, which seems a bit steep for a compost bin.

It's not.
Compost bin gives you ability to create endless ql of soil so yea, it should be that much expensive.

Oh I see it's for druidic rite... that makes sense. Oh well that's going to take a while. How about a box of matches? How do you discover those?
