Pclaim and white permission

Do white permissions still applies to everyone if set in pclaim? Wiki says it's so, but is not working for me. Thanks

It is not so. Arguably it should be so, but it isn't.

Yeah, that has never been the case that I recall, but it's been a while since I played heavily (world 6). It was a general warning to not set white permissions as anyone you memorized or kinned were set to white automatically, so automatically picked up the white permissions. This is why you still shouldn't set white permissions unless you want a claim to be a "public area."

Updating it on the wiki. Thanks for pointing it out.

New wording:

Caution when setting white permissions on a personal claim. Anyone you memorize or kin is set to white as a default. This is useful for claiming a spot and setting certain actions to allow "public access" to the claim, but may come with complications.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Any prespective on when it might be that way?
It would be nice to be able to assign permissions on pclaim to unkinned people.

Probably when I can make myself write some new UI for it, so that it isn't just "white", but more explicitly "anyone".
