Means of teleportation

What are the options for teleportation? Such as in legacy we had village idol teleport and hearth fire teleport.

Are charter stones; charter stone to charter stone? Or is it like a hearth fire such that you can teleport to it from anywhere by the adventure menu?

Charter Stone is a named teleportation target that can be jumped to from aother Charter Stone, Sublime Postico or spawned at (if enabled).
You need to have visited it prior to being able to teleport there (dosn't apply to spawning) and you need to know the currently set secret. They can be disabled.

When teleporting with Charter stone, the stone must be a destination. You can use porticulum as alternative start-point so you don't need charter stone if you want to travel to places like Sevillan Market.

I remain uncertain if same village claim can have both porticulum and Charter and if so, you can use the porticulum to travel to stone in the same village claim.
