Few questions about tamed animals

Postby Flyrella » Mon Oct 10, 2016 3:58 pm

Since chickens require water, do animals need water as well?
Also, I have a pair of horses, but the amount of food in the feeder haven't change after like 6-7 hours. How often and how much they eat?

No they don't

Not so much, also they may not even eat so often... for just a pair you need to observe them for like a week to make a proper calculation of food flow...

Also, when/if you'll get a pair of aurochs (cow+bull), note you can milk a cow only if it actually have a baby (also keep your milk barrel far enough from calf - they can drink milk from it)
Also#2, you can transfer swill from 1 food through to another via bucket/barrel, so you can keep 2 of them - one near your fields for quick filling and one in your livestock area for feeding.

Thank you,
I just thought maybe I am doing it wrong and they could die. Hopefully, they are fine.

Also, how do I get of the horse?

thank you again
I actually tried that but it didn't work because of the fence being too close, although it looked like I had enough space.
