Killing a bear

Postby generalle99 » Mon Oct 24, 2016 7:53 pm

Hey guys,

I am new to the new HnH, i played legacy a bit and was able to kill a bear, but now i've got some troubles. First of i have 28+15 perc and 35 MM. I tried to kill it with a 18/17/18 hunter's bow with 10/10/10 stone arrows, dealing around 110dmg. After the first shoot the bear fled. I was then following him, but as i was pulling the bow he fled again, i just can't get the aiming bar up to green in time. I tried a 15/15/16 sling too with around 25dmg, but after 5 shoots the same happened.

I just can't sneak up without scaring it. What should i do?

Thanks for the help!

When they've lost about 3/4 of their HP. Best if you can kill it without it enraging.
