Large map and natural resources

I cannot see all the natural resources i found in the large map, is there a way to delete some of them?

1. You must look at them only after update.
2. Everything is binded to your local computer map, so if you delete it/chance PC you play from - you lost everything.

If everything is really was correct, you may report to a bug forum.
