Best Symbel Items to use?

Tried searching but honestly too tired to sift through it all. Im setting up my Symbels and want to know the best to use MINUS Skull items.

Also when crafting gold/silver items how is quality calculated. Since gold and silver have no Q on their own that is. I want to be able to raft something somewhat decent. So if someone could point out stuff like use X but only if you can craft a q100 or something please let me know.

Metal saucier is good and cheap.

River pearl cutlery and river pearl goblet+gold plate and bell seem to bee one of the better ones.
Quality of gold beater skin+anvil+hammer determine the quality there.

A leather Table cloth works (though silk is better). In truth there is a lot of good ones, but the best of the best so far for me seem to be this set up:

Golden Bell, Silk Table Cloth, Silk Nabkin, Silver Cutlery, Golden Plate, Metal Saecerin, Steel Cake Knife, and River River Goblet.

It depends more on what you need most: hunger reduction or fep bonus. Some symbel like plates, cutlery and linen tablecloth are good for hunger reduction, while others like antler cutlery and glass bottle are better for fep bonus. With ql > 100 metals, or with a good hammer + anvil, it's easy to get over 100ql metal symbel items, wich are generally as good as lower ql ones made by gold. I suggest cast iron trivet and, maybe, pepper shaker, too.

I'm going for most of both hunger reduction and feps. Got a throne bone fire etc And am basically going for fastest gains. The only issues I'm looking at is low psy And 150ish smithing skill after bumps. Skins And wood around q70. And no pearls above 16 ATM.
