How do i make village for three characters from one acc ?

I think to interact with brand new claim by first character, then switch on another char, interact again, switch on third and select "Form village !" by last.
Is it split 30k LP on three chars and all of them will be registered on village ?

Info from http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Village_Claim is not clear this situation... I dont have another account with character, that have enough LP to make
village solo and invite chars from my main account by two windows login...

I know - i cant play multiple characters on the same account ON THE SAME TIME. But i can switch them one by one.
And if "Form village" option dont request that all previuous interacted characters be online - then new created village
may include offlined characters on creation moment.

All villagers need to be online at the time. Wiki says it all:Once Form Village! is pressed, the 30,000 LP cost will be divided evenly among the interacting characters.

Interacting characters mean all characters using the idol at the same time.

Thx ! Another account for lawspeaker needed :/ Can i set newb from new account to lawspeaker ? Or i need accumulate 15k for half of village claim and 20k for lawspeaking ?
I can build village claim by my main character right now.

You only need 30k LP period. It's not that hard to get and you could easily have gotten it on the one account by now. Okay When you Form the village and only then do you need to spend 30k and there are no refunds. Once formed you can invite as many as you want and it won't charge anyone any more LP but like I said it won't refund any either. Honestly with all the trouble it would take to get 15k on two accounts I would just get the 30k on my main and call it good.
