How many UC/MC and STR/AGI/CONS does one need to solo kill a mammoth?

Around 1500 stats and skills to defeat one in a fair fight without losing armour/hp.
However, there are workarounds to kill them with as low as 100 skills and stats.

I did, in fact, mean 1500 AGI and around 600-700 mc, since it's much harder to raise skills.
I have 800+ stats and It's impossible for me to defeat it simply by standing and tanking it hits solo.
They attack fast, cover all 4 openings and have very good restoration moves. Making some assumptions, i reckon one could solo it with 1500 stats without taking damage.
Btw, trolls are even harder, and wreck 1500+ stats solo chars, unless they sit in tank-mode, letting other people to shoot the troll.

However, boat hunting is the ideal (however AI-abusing) way to hunt solo. You dont need much stats for it, just a good sword and a decent horse to ride down the fleeing mammoth.
Or you could get a friend with 300+ stats and try to kill it using TEAMWORK.

Not to derail, but there is a point to be made that making animals this strong only incentivizes people to cheese them in increasingly creative ways.
Maybe the devs went a bit too hard on the buff button this time.

Well to be fair, our ancenstors didnt hunt by wrestling animals to death, but instead used traps, tools and other animals to help them.
So i guess it kinda makes sense.
