Increase sausage quality?

For example, I am making q33 Big Bear Bangers but, what is the quality based around? How can I increase it noticeable?

Quality is usually the average of the ingredients and then that is averaged in some manner with the tool or workstation used. Sometimes it is a weighted average. For most crafts, this can be softcapped by your skills and attributes--the item quality is averaged with your skill if the skill is lower. The best bet is to look up the wiki article on an item: www.ringofbrodgar.com

Get higher survival when butchering, use a better tool, get higher cooking/perception and get a higher quality sausage maker.
