Mud Ointment

Is there some skill not listed on the wiki as necessary for making mud ointment? I've got everything discovered for it and First Aid, but it's now showing as craftable. I've gotten a horrendous amount of punch sores from animal taming lately.

I think teaching and discovering are supposed to be same thing. But it is worth try to discover anyway. Maybe it is bug or some thing like this.

I figured out what it was, he tried to teach it to me without having actually discovered or been taught it himself. So it looks like it worked but really didn't.
