Skill required for a wrecking ball

I haven't been able to find a concrete answer but I hope there's someone out there who knows, what skill do you need to build a wrecking ball? I've discovered all required materials, which are bone glue, ropes, hardened leather and wood, yet I lack the option to build one. Wiki doesn't know this nor can I find any other topics explaining this. Any help much appreciated

I'm fairly certain you need Basic mechanics in order to unlock it, which in turn requires metalworking, wheelwrighting and rope twining.

I've already found it, it's only wheelwrighting, you don't need the others.

aye, it makes little sense though considering the thing doesn't even have wheels hehe
