Compost Bin softcap?

Like the title suggests. Can someone confirm that Compost Bins softcap the mulch they produce?

Eh... I thought this had been answered clearly, but a short search comes up with averages or softcaps. I think some experimentation needs done... maybe(?) to confirm one or the other.

I don't know if this will help any but it is some data.

First is the Q of mulch produced
Second is the Q of the Compost Bin
and third/fourth are the Q of crops used in it. With it mostly being 3rd's.

Well, we knew it at least softcaps as an average would come out to the same numbers. However, an average would produce better mulch with a bin that's higher quality than the scraps being thrown into it.
