Body to skeleton time. Grave questions.

So my character has deceased lately. I'm standing near the body with the grave ready but it doesn't seem to turn into a skeleton any time soon.

1. How much time do I have to wait for the body to turn into a skeleton? Can I make it faster?
2. The grave is on the neutral territory - will there be any penalty if someone destroys it with the body inside?

1. 24 hours. No.
2. You get your 30% at the moment of transaction of body w/ skull into the grave. It can be instantly bashed afterwards.
