Removing a claim

Hello,
I wish to destroy an active private claim within my village, the thing is that claim is older than the village claim.
So I'v decided to use a wrecking ball, but it hits both the village shield and private shield... Obviously i don't want to siege my own village...
Is there any way to hit only personal claim's shield?

@Edit I got rid of the authority, it worked. Still not the best solution.

This is the best solution other than waiting for the claim to lose all presence.

One could argue that a village member with lawspeaker (or land management) permission should be able to operate siege weapons (or wrecking ball) against a pclaim on the vclaim without affecting the village shield.

I'm assuming leaving appropriate scents if the claim is still active? Otherwise, what's the difference between this and the old "Revoke" ability?

Well, leaving scents is ok, but really...
Sieging own village while haveing rights is just stupid.

Sure, would also have to deal with the pclaim shield, walls (or whatever in the way) and break the stake - just not bringing down the village shield.
