Which house? The most basic is the Log Cabin and requires Carpentry only. (If this is in error, then the missing skill is likely Yeomanry, but if memory serves, it's carpentry only.)

Yeomanry is definitely for cupboards, not houses.

I got carpentry but I cant find were to make the house in the buildings section

As with all items in Haven, you must have discovered every item in the recipe before you will learn how to make it.
And picking it up off the ground or looting out of a chest does not count.
