how do i make 512 x 512 images become small enough to be used a a profile pic? the limit it 19 KiB

Paste the picture onto an image editor. Paint is the easiest access but Photoshop works well too. Use image software to scale down the picture to appropriate size.

The moment your eyes meet someone, you have initiated contact. In essential, it is a constant non-stop flow between two or more entities.
