Any way to change your appearance after character creation?

there were discussions of that after patch which included hair features. but not sure there has been any definite answer.

There is always die->inherit option.

at this point it is meaningless, the only reason they wanted to do is so that the people who made characters before patch could change appearance - but with the wipe that is now obsolete.

They could also do it to make money. I would pay money if I was sufficiently unhappy.
