Don't eat shit and drink a lot of fluids (other than water ) and read up on mechanics of reseting satiations on wiki on guides :)

You don't "fix them" so much as you work towards getting 4 below 50% and the lowest one resets the first time you eat.

There is once you start farming. Milk, wine, beer, and tea provide ways of speeding the process up by lowering some quickly and giving a bonus to another. Drinking itself won't cause a reset event, though.
