Hunted Animal - Goods Quality

Anyone figured out yet what governs the quality of meat, bones etc from a hunted animal? Cant seem to figure it out.

If you kill from arrow, quality of arrow matters. Quality of sharp tool for butcher matters. Survival of character who do butcher matters. Base quality of animal matters (can inspect to see).

What about arrow and punching? How does that affect the quality of the kill?

This is not correct. It doesn't matter what the killing blow is struck with, quality is affected by every projectile that hits the animal.
