Village claim 2x3 to 101x101 - how to place

Postby HappyBuffalo » Tue Jan 10, 2017 6:07 am

So the question is that Village idol is 2x3 and claims 101x101. Its easy to place the 3x part but for 2x - please tell where should we face it?

Any way you want I suppose. I just place it wherever it looks nice. I'm not really sure I understand your issue here.

We call it simply, Russian soul.”

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

I think what buffalo is asking, is what side it extends further on, for the 2x side. from the 3x3 side it will extend 49 tiles, but the 2x side must be 40 on one side, 50 on the other.

It's centered on the tile that is entirely taken up by the claim and not the the center of the object. Here is my poor representation of that.

X O X

X's are tiles entirely taken by the claim.

O is the center of the claim.

-'s are the .25ish width of the claim.

If I remember correctly that .25ish of a grid is on the "front".

From what you've written I understand that I should place a back part of the claim in the middle spot? Is the back middle part counts as a center of the village claim?
