quick question i already have a claim and make another I need 4k LP but if I destroy my current claim then make a new one do I still need to spend 4k LP?
World 7-8: Hermit
World 9: Traveling Hermit
World 10: Lawspeaker of Waterdeep (NK) And Hermit (HH)
World 11: Lawspeaker of Scrublands (HH)
World 12-13: Hermit
World 14: Leader of a small band of merry men
World 15: Hermit

You are allowed to build a claim for free if you have none. If you're relocating, you can declaim via your bond when you get to your new place (just in case you want to have somewhere safe to restart at if something goes wrong).
