Greeting questgiver while having active quest.

There is questgiver A. I've got an active quest from him. Questgiver B tells me to go and greet questgiver A. Will A give me another quest if I greet him while already having an active quest from him? Or should I finish the quest first before greeting him in case he doesn't give me a new one?

A gives you a quest, sends you to B. Sometimes B gives you a quest when you greet them. When you get back to A, A gives you another quest if you don't have a quest.

I'm not sure this is 100% guaranteed, but you should be able to have 3-4, maybe a couple more active quests.

A not giving me a quest when I finish his previous one happened to me several times already. And after finishing A's quest I had no more active ones(except for the tutorial quest). Had to commune 3 times already to get new quests. And I finished a total of 10-15 quests at max.

You didn't answer my question though. I already have a quest from A. And B gave me a quest to go and greet A. Will A give me another one when I greet him? Will I have 2 quests from A? Or should I finish A's quest first and then greet him?

Happens. You're not the first to complain about it, and I don't know any of the internals on quest generation to say more. I'm not sure how long you're waiting for new quests, but if you've only done 10-15, it shouldn't be very long.

Let me make sure I have the situation correct:

Get quest from Abulard to greet Blaarth and report back. You greet Blaarth and get a quest to greet Abulard and report back. Since you still have an active quest from Abulard... I think I see the question. Turn in the current quest (if possible) before greeting him?

I don't see any reason that you couldn't get a quest, as there isn't a hard limit (that I'm aware of) to the number of quests you can have originating from one particular quest giver. I got two quests from one visit to quest giver. /shrug
