Question 'bout crops and vegetables

Heyo I have a problem with finding wheat, grapes, flax, hemp etc. I checked the list of possible items to find with Foraging but I can't see any of these - maybe this page of wiki is not updated. Where and how I can acquire crops/vegetables wheat, flax... ?

You have to gather wild windblown seeds, dry them and hope you get the right seed.

Go far away from your hearthfire and start looking for WWW there. Regions have the same seeds come out from them, you need to go out and explore for different stuff.

in the past have been minimap tiles. Foraging different ones would net different results, but foraging WWW from the same tile would always net the same seeds. Yeah, some people have had to take hour or two long boat trips in one direction to find seeds they're missing.

If you can, spiral out from your base. It covers a lot of ground and you can (try) to track what you've found where.
