Do crops still lowering in quality if your farming stat is lower than the crop q? Or does it just stay the same.

They are lowered, but it's not a hardcap like in legacy, they have a larger chance to decrease in quality. In W9 i was farming q150 carrots i found with 40 farming and they stayed between 140-150q for over 10 generations

My understanding of jorb's post was it would be [-5, -1] range if farming < q. Seems like it's actually [-5, 0], if even that. I've only made a couple of harvests of carrots so far, and they've not changed yet.
