What happens when some shithead just walks around chopping down quest givers one after another? Will other trees/rocks become questivers or am I fucked now?

Another question:
Can commune send me to already known QGs? Cuz even though I've got several QGs that are relatively close commune keeps sending me incredibly far time after time always to an unknown QG...

Chopping the trees its not a bad idea, it's the only way i see to force everyone to start doing productive shit
