Character development doubt

I wanted to know if the subscription development % is already shown in curios or in the study report sheet, or if its calculated when the curio finishes it's time and gives the lp plus the bonus %.

It does not count when you give back quests so I'm not sure about it.

Then the question would be, what does character development implies?

you get 75 LP when you chip your first stone instead of 50.

It calculates it when the curio is done, i confirmed it. It doesn't show it in the total LP given when you mouse over the curio (At least not in the default client), but it does give the extra when the curio is finished. It also gives more discovery LP, like the other post said.
