Shield up description.

This doesn't sound right... Is this a typo or am I understanding something wrongly? 50% instead of 150% yet it says "Block weight: MC * 250%
So... will block weight become 150% of your MC if you're not holding a shield?(mb 50 instead of 150 means BONUS weight so 100% normal weight + 150% bonus with shield or 100 normal + 50 bonus without shield) Or will it become 50% of your MC?

It was 150% originally and then was boosted to 250%. The description was not entirely updated.
