Try to stop hitting stomach with limp hand. I think it will solve both problem.

Informative video. Almost want to sticky such things as everyone should be aware of repetitive motion injuries.

As far as the waist... stand up, do 20 jumping jacks once an hour. A couple of times a day hit the deck and do 20 push ups and 20 ab crunches.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Yes, the click economy in Haven can be hell on your wrists. If you're experiencing wrist pains I'd recommend looking into basic macros to accomplish repetitive tasks such as loading fuel into structures (The game has some built-in commands if you're not familiar with them: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=42999#p533705), look into getting a padded mousepad to alleviate stress on your wrist when doing mouse heavy activities (You can get them for as cheap as $5 on Amazon), and taking regular breaks every 1-2 hours.

I know, macros might seem slimy to some and taking breaks can be tough to do sometimes when there's always something else to do, but maintaining the integrity of your wrists is vital. You use your hands for everything, so don't kill them.
