Claim shields and roundpole fences?

How hard is it to destroy a claimed roundpole fence? Does the claim shield protect it? How long does it take to destroy one?

A claimed roundpole fence only protects against vandalism. Claim shield doesn't come into effect because it's hand-bashable and doesn't need siege weapons.

It will maybe protect it from siege engine (not that any man would use one). But it does not protect it from bash by hand.
