Are they completely random? It seems to me they are somehow connected to your efficacy level. At 100% and 90% I got lots of 50+ reductions, highest was 115. But the moment I hit 200% efficacy it's always 1-2-3%, once I got 13%. Is there someone that got huge reductions on 200 and 300 efficacy levels?

I dont think so, I have received 7% while at 100% and 63% while on 200% its just completelly random
