Those are relevant pages to nidbane. As far as attribute, jorb mention on stream that will is maybe used for craft fetter. I have not make one this world to verify, but it should say in game what you will need when you try to craft this one.

skills used: Will, Stealth, Lore

Dolmen(altar) needs:

My wild guess is that you also need hearth magic, maybe will to the power too.
