Village question

So i made a village but now my alts cant do anything on the land and they are all on the same account.

Is there a way to invite them into the village?

I been looking everywhere

I am not sure if there is way you can oath in offline character. But you can just make alt on second account and use him to oath in all other character.

There isn't. I believe it's been a feature request in the past.
