Priority for combat

Postby Divicid » Sat Jan 28, 2017 12:58 am

So i was wondering, is there a good ratio for how to prioritize stats?
I got a Lynx Cape giving AGI and a bear Cape giving STR, but not sure which one i should pick.

Like should i focus on str, agi or con first? Or perhaps focus on gilding ua or mc items, any suggestions?

STR for damage. AGI for combat performance. When in doubt, go AGI

Yeah i was thinking the same, AGI make me faster and the opponent slower right? Giving me more time to put in opening, and him less time, if i understand this correctly?

On attacks, yes. Other moves are not affected by agi.

This is where it goes beyond my knowledge. In some cases, certain, moves, attacks, or restorations can be affected by the difference in AGI, but most often the weight of the action (number of cards assigned to it in your combat deck) is more important.

I'm not sure of the current damage calculations for weapons, but if it's similar to previous formulas, STR only factors in at a 4th root. Openings still have more of a factor on damage dealt than overall STR.

Yes. AFAIK anything not in the "attacks" class. Same for animals.

Once you get a high agi delta most attacks are relatively fast, whereas your defs/manouvers/etc. take the same time.
