Tried to find info about this, but what affects the Beeskep production of Wax? Is it the amount of crops around? Or does the amount of crops you produce around it effect the production to a certain amount of crops?

Thinking if i put as many crops around it as possible, i'll get the largest amount of wax?

Ahhh, alright. Is it perhaps then best to only plant fast growing crops with many stages?
