Authority

I have my village started but am wondering about the authority. How do I increase it?
Is it something that taps my LP or EX ?
Is it something that grows over time?
I read the Wiki but all it really mentions is the daily drain.

When someone oathed to the village gets LP the village gets authority

For every point of LP a member of the village gets, a free point of authority is added to the village, modified by their Charisma. Ie last world with a character with like 15-20 charisma gaining 10,000 LP usually added around 20,000 authority. But don't take my word, just know that it DOES NOT take away LP you earn. When you get one LP, you keep it, and also the village gains 1-3 authority for free.
Total misplay.

I think it is modify by charisma and intelligence.

(baseLP * sqrt (INT * CHA) / 10) was the formula for old worlds ...
