Good str foods

I'm trying to get into mining, but first i need a nice amount of str. (30-50) So what are some good, easy to get str foods?

PS: I have no access to metal or dairy, so sausages and cheese are off the list.

Roast pig. Fruitwrap with cherry. Grub. Parasol mushroom. None of those are very good but I think they are easy to get before sausage.

No, but for some reason tons of food satiate forage. And food like Cone Gruel and Bark Bread are satiated by it. :roll:

Roast boar gives hella str. Roast bear gives hella str.
