But most of the foxes, and certainly all the bigger animals, are dying from people grinding combat moves from animals. Some folks will kill an animal and leave its corpse. Which is a boon for any newbies in the area, or people who otherwise can't/don't hunt. Personally, I make sure to at least skin every kill I make, and then throw any meat/bones/etc. I don't need into the water for fishermen/beach-combers to find.
