"Tools" for end products

Alot of "Tools" adds it's quality to the end product, like anvil and smithy hammer, potter's wheel, churn, loom, etc etc.
Does anyone know the formula, for how much they will add?

Thre's actually a write-up on the quality page about how qualities are generally calculated in crafting. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Quality

The page needs a major overhaul and most of the item specific information is incorrect. However, the information about weighting and such is pretty accurate and should give you a good idea of how things work.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
