Claim question

So I have my village up and a personal claim on it. My alt will also put a personal claim in the village but I would like to know how close are the borders allowed to be?
Will his PC be able to run up to mine or is the a spacing requirements for PC's inside of a village?

I assume it is same as with no village. Which I think is 5 tiles.

Yeah, all claims have a minimum spacing requirement no matter where they are at. Personal claims are 5, village claims are 40 if I recall correctly.
