TY for this but is there any way you could put out info on the newer creatures? I don't really know where beaver or wolverine fall into this list.

Another update.
Expanded upon the animal reference table upon request, adding more animals, typos and general tips on how to tame/cheese.
Added expanded explanation of Restorations and Initiate Points.
Added fancy colour tags to different Openings in text. Might remove if it’s way to unreadable.

Currently looking for info on the agility/cooldown Δ formula. How exactly is the cooldown difference between opponents calculated?

@burnemall
Thanks man <3

I think some of your "stop cheesing at ... when taming" values are a bit conservative. I'm pretty sure 120 for mouflon and 250 for wild horse are still OK to damage from safety and only then go all in (just don't overdamage then as it's getting close).

Still, great work as usual. Cheers!

Kinda agree, especially on horses. I’ve used 200 hp as a threshold last world, however sometimes they died in process.
I did have more strength then, so this is a «better safe than sorry» situation. In any case, updated horse to be 190 dmg.

Sadly the last time I was hunting mammoth was W9. Around that time you could simply kite them around on horse while your friend delt damage to its butt, then switch around if they reaggro.
They, apparently, can startle and stun your horses now. I’ve also noticed that bears can break boulders now, wouldn’t be surprised if mammoth could, too.

Speaking of their ranged gunk attack — they start using it if they can’t physically reach you. It’s a projectile that deals around 100 damage, not depending on openings (like an arrow). It can be dodged, if you move quick enough, IIRC.
As of last world, this attack was stopped by a palisade, which made mammoth hunting trivial.

It is to some extent, but animals have hardened skin now, armor that soaks the damage you do to them. This armor is infinite, so you will have to do more damage than that armor soaks. You can't break it off.
if you're reading this, you're a nerd.
