Do animals suddenly go back to attacking now?

Postby Artyom15 » Sun Feb 19, 2017 8:00 am

I think I read that if you get an animal running, chase it down and try to punch it to death, it can go back to attacking you. Can't find it but I didn't really look really hard I guess. Is this right or wrong?

Also how do I abuse boats like people say to instead of using archery?

Yes they do, way to hunt now is to kite them in a long stretch of shallow water. Using your boat you can move in, punch, and retreat. Use defensive moves to reduce your openings. Rinse & repeat.

just lure them to yellow x spot and beat them from the direction white arrow points so when the animals flee they run to the direction arrow points and you can just build openings and hit till they reaggro, repeat till dead. Works with even less ideal shallow waters, just be careful and block the only way out if they try to flee that way.

From other posts with similar question. And yes, they flee when you do enough damage and can reaggro.
