Trying to download on my new computer. Open the file and it just is a bunch of code. Help?

Do not open the file, execute it with java.

I have Java installed but when I download it, just goes into notepad and there are lines of code.

Right-click the file, "Open with", Java (TM) Web Start Launcher, "Always use the selected program to..."

You may also need to go into the Java control panel settings and enable "Allow Java in Web Browsers." (Under the "Security" tab.)
