i find no information about the grand belt

do i need anvyl? and what does?

i have what i need to make it but i dont know if i need anvyl or something more than ingredientes with soo little mineral i dont know what does

I think you need an anvil, but I forget (don't you need one for hunter's belt, even?)

Yes, you need anvil and hammer. Material (metal type) used dosn't seem to have an effect on the optics.
