Resolution

I really want to play this game. Except, I can't. I'm thinking maybe there's a client out there able to help me, but when I try to play the game normally, the resolution makes everything look like this:

And when I try to use a client, it helps... By just making everything small:

I've been looking for a way to prevent this, and all I've found is people saying 'no,' or people from back in 2009 saying to download something called the Pacho client-- whose links to download no longer work.
Are there any other clients that can help? I know this is spoonfeeding, but I'm at a loss on where to actually look for something to help me. Looks like I've been struggling for a while. I know worst case scenario I can probably lower the resolution on my desktop, but that's an obnoxious work-around and I'd rather try to see if there's an easier way to get what I want.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, too... The first pic would be semi-tolerable, except for some reason the resolution makes it so I can't click on anything but the small buttons. I can only move if clicking on places on the map. It makes everything a giant pain in the butt.

Pic A is the normal resolution. Not much you can do about it other than changing your desktop settings.

Pic B is obviously you playing in "fullscreen" mode. Don't. It's not properly supported. For some people it doesn't work properly, others causes a system crash. A small few seem to be able to use it.

As far as not being able to move, uninstall java. download this version of Java (Windows 64-bit--offline installer). Install this version you just downloaded. I'd guess you're using a computer with a 64-bit operating system, but were served the 32-bit version of Java. I'd also guess that you have an integrated GPU from Intel in your system.

Might help. Depends on the system you're playing on. People have been trying to play on some of the new hybrid tablet/pc devices and having some issues with managing a good resolution. (I've seen at least one post on this.)
