I'm raising my cork tree quality, but is there any need for it? What is the benefit of storing wine in bottles? Isn't it more convenient to just use 100L barrels?

it's a lot more classy to store wine in bottles and racks. But if you want to be a dirty peasant, then so be it.

Perhaps eventually there will be a bottle aging mechanic for wine, where wine can slowly go up in QL to a cap based on the Q it started at?

That may be why they're in the game.

....I didn't think ANYONE knew about that game. I tried it once but there was literally no one on, and I just felt kind of depressed and lonely, like I was playing on the fossilized remains of what was once an amazing community and that I came way late to the party.

But yes, an aging mechanic kind of like that!
