About Taming...

I'm new to this, so I try use Kicks inside a boat to a safe recover from openings, one day, I get 35 taming points from a horse, today he just die, what can I do wrong?

My auroch died taming it face to face

No thx, I want take less damage as possible, since I already have some incurable wounds....

The only "incurable" wound is the ugly wart, and even it can be cured with ancient roots from a windthrow.

Get some armor, get some better combat moves. Get a sword you know won't kill the animal in one blow. A large enough hit will usually subdue it immediately. I believe the procedure is to use something like take aim or such to build up for Opportunity Knocks twice and then hit it with something to make an opening, OP Knocks twice, and then hit it with the sword attack. This will be 8-12 IP. Even if you don't have such moves, a few punches and a big hit from a sword is enough to make most animals flee, and a q10-20 bronze sword isn't going to kill any of them unless you have godly strength already.

Thx for everyone, I will try again, if I get some result, I come here again to post about my sucess
(I have a lot of Leather, so I will try make some armor... but still looking for tin ore)
