Weird Sound Randomly Heard

So, this is going to sound crazy (my village members think Im just losing my mind apparently); however, 2 times now, I have randomly been walking (this time it was by a small body of water) and I heard a very weird sounding "Ohh yeahhhh." Almost like a little goblin (yes, I know its not a goblin) or a very old man, was saying "Oh yeh" but dragging it out a little bit.

Maybe its a different sound, maybe I'm just crazy (originally I thought it was in a movie I was watching the other day, but after hearing it again today, figured I should post and deal with the wrath of the forums in case this sound does not actually exist in game lol.

So, anyone heard this? Something similar? Is it related to something?

I remember the first time i switched this feature on and i had my speakers plugged in and long story short i could have died that day.
